As part of our management and support, we repond to requests from owners, guests and other users. We help users with setup and connection issues, questions about access codes and other system related issues. We also respond to reports and requests from the rental and property managers. Working closely with rental managers and property staff, we strive to maintain guest and owner satisfaction.
Our services include labor to diagnose and repair the local network. We do not provide delivery of the internet service to the building. Condo Wireless is carrier independent, allowing us to work in the best interest of our customers. We work closely with both Comcast and CenturyLink to resolve problems with delivery of service to the buildings.
Our server, located in Winter Park, CO continuously tests the internet circuits and automatically reports interruptions. Many problems can be identified and addressed before guests or staff are even aware of them. We work directly with your internet carrier to manage reporting and resolving service outages and can meet with their technicians on site to resolve issues with internet service to the condominium building.
